client_command question

How would i know if a command is a unknown command on the client?
So if a player,
bind e +sifjsaif
whenever he presses that button, it is unknown, how would i know, if it is unknown or not?...

This is a problem that is different then the other one, this one has warnings, and dont work the other one had errors and did not work... That's why i posted a new one.
