'sm_cvar sv_force_unreserved 1' seemed to have been the key, i had 'sv_force_unreserved 1'

I'm using the latest version of sourcemod, metamod, and l4dtoolz. I've tried numerous bot addons to try to get this to work, botcreator, bebop, SuperVersus, Multislots. With any of these I unable to...
