Yes, im sure, thats why other guys here see only blackhole, not particle effects. Because its not downloaded the particles in right direction to csgo folder

EDIT: Without FASTDL its working, but...

The particles working for me, if i have particles folder on my computer in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo

But my server dont creating and...
