What coding knowledge do you have so you can label the plugin as "shitty"? He did not add install instruction because it's really simple and THERE ARE ALREADY ENOUGH TUTORIALS. It's nothing...

There are already a ton of tutorials on how to compile. You could use the time you wasted on complaining to google "how to compile plugins".
Download the amxx installer is the simplest way, then...

You can check my Auto Plugin Adder to see a way to also handle all this files. I may edit the above function and handle the other cases, if I find time.

I am not sure how AMXX handles plugins...
