I think the map itself sets mp_roundtime to its default value.
Maybe you'll have edit the bspconvar_whitelist.txt and set mp_roundtime to 0

EDIT: Anyone who wants to change the weaponicon on infect to the "skull" one: Name of that weapon is suicide. Of course you have to recompile the zombiereloaded.sp again...
