Use THIS (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1294654#post1294654) version and You can also recompile it under the latest stable SM (atm it's v1.4.0).

FirEXE could You make so the configs are executed after team join only, when using sm_executeconfigs_include_spec "0", cause now configs are executed twice:

- when player joins and stays in...
