What exactly does Offline Ban do? (I don't feel like reading the code at the moment).

I must concur with doc-holiday, please re-iterate the error/issue you are having so that we may assist.

It may also be Yii related (as it uses Yii), I have had to do quite a bit of troubleshooting...

You make sure none of those files have references to the boot strap theme anymore? (Any code/etc inside them now use your theme name instead if applicable)?

As Xulunix said, sourcebans 2 has plugin interfaces for both sourcemod plugin and web panel. This would not be implemented into the core application. A party would have to implement it.

I will point out though, AMXX has different administrator tables and access permission items. It might take a bit of table redesigning... unless tsunami implemented an engine based access system.

This is the third complete rewrite of sourcebans 2 since it was started. This is by far the closest to an actual release (no date yet) that SB2 has come, and it also delivers on numerous promises...
