It might be the Spam or Rock ability from Mutant Tanks. If the rocks are flying towards players, it could be a combination of the Rock and Track abilities, similar to ESPer Tank.

Mutant Tanks combined the two plugins a long time ago and it still has both of these plugins as parts of it. It would be kind of pointless to recombine them for another plugin when MT already does...

Yeah, it's somewhere above that. Just look at all the variables above that where it checks if the value is higher than "MT_MAXHEALTH" and you'll see what I mean.

Oh, derp. I thought he was asking about MT specifically, so I was telling him that it doesn't matter what he sets the base and bonus HP settings for MT to. MT will limit the final value to 65,535...

Max HP is 65,535 total; it doesn't matter how much the base and bonus HP are.
