As you've probably seen in your link, #undef REQUIRE_PLUGIN is so that if the include exists it will be included; otherwise, it will be omitted.

SourceMod noclip in CS:GO makes the player invulnerable to damage from players (gunshots, grenades, knife, etc); however, slap damage of course does do damage if specified.

Just make sure that your log address is correct and if you use two accounts/addresses, add both.

You can add the address with - sv_rcon_whitelist_address
So that it isn't banned.
