The plugin can be created but the assets such as models, textures and animations need to either be created from scratch for CSS or those specific assets ported to CSS.

Go with what micapat posted. The plugin shouldn't be acting on any weapon the attacker is holding besides the awp entity anyways so the 1000 HE bug is weird.

Please keep in mind that there's a ton of free and public plugins already that do the majority if what people ask for in the community so search up for any projects before you pay money for custom...

Timers are good for doing something as soon as the timer ends where locking commands behind a time restriction is best used for timestamps or gametime as micapat coded it.

You should return handled for commands and use unix timestamps to delay the commands usage, it doesn't require a timer.

You should be able to remove '#pragma newdecls required' from the top and it would compile fine if you're trying to compile something already premade and fairly large.

In my mind, being very wrong is code that doesn't work in the first place while unoptimal code tends to work but it can be better. I would have stated the original code with StrEqual would be better...
