seems like you didn't read the install.txt.
You dont have the CORRECT SDKHooks Extension installed. Follow the install tutorial on their website.
Seems like you use the old one for the old engine.

you have to use the latest B13 - because of the orangebox update. the B12 wont work because it uses the wrong offsets.

the server you're playing on uses a mod, not a plugin. the old 2.4 code doesn't support hooking external scripts.

I corrected the commands, sorry it was the extracted version of the roleplay v3 plugin (which renamed the commands)

however, the READ error results in a too long filename for the map, it's easy...

i know there are importers, but noone wants to release them (i think they are scared of competitors) - so it seems like you have to code ya own OR start with a new userbase (which i really recommend!)
