Why can I download from one of my servers?

Hello,

i ahve 2 DoD 1.3 servers and if i upload a map to them, in one of them i cant download it, it says "can not continue without dod_strom_b4.bsp" but in the other server yes, i can download...

Is there a restriction depending of the MP3 files? Because I have uploaded them to my other CS server and it just works the same that in the first server, the other 4 doesnt work

Yeah they are located in my mod folder. I uploaded 5, and when I joined the server i donwloaded the 5 sounds, but just 1 works.
