You don't want those 2 lines in your server.cfg and it's probably breaking the plugin when the map changes and server.cfg is executed and resets nextmap_set_nextmap_mode. You also don't need the .sp...

Based on this http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Map_Management_Plugins_(SourceMod)#Admin_Commands

It requires mapchooser to use sm_setnextmap but sm_nextmap is part of the core plugins.

zblock is annoying sometimes, no argument there. It does force/limit some server and client variables that let people exploit things and sv_pure 2 keeps people from using material cheats as a wall...

as_crisis does not work for me either (can't escape) but as_fleeiraq works fine (for me). There are 2 escape zones; the copper and one of the alleys leading to the copper.
