Glow models

On the server in the USA I saw a plugin: when you using Wallhack, models of players of both teams are shone with same color(glow effect). If you not to use Wallhack, models look as usual. What is it?

In a standart CS zone(terr. and ct) of respawn was ejection of pistols from invisible players and they(guns) remain on the floor when their number increases - my server crash. help please!

CStrike and CSX modules ver. v1.8.1.3746 now, but the problem remained.
I disabling the block_wallhack and it will still crash.
Without Statme cstrike crash with an error:
