Voice command cs 1.6

Hi! I'm looking for a command if there is one for cs 1.6 that allows dead CT players talk thru voice with alive CT players, and dead T with alive T.

Something like cs go competitive voice using....

Problem with amxbans

I fixed the problem by setting the rcon password from control panel as the one from server.cfg. I posted this for those who have this problem.

A friend of mine asked me one week ago to install same plugins as my server on his server. Did the same with his sever and still works like a charm.

Yes. The top should show how manny aces and semi-aces every player did, and the one with the most ones to be first, the second one second, and etc.
