While the method you're using would work on the server, the client will still use the default 16 limit so there's not much you can do. Maybe someone can prove me wrong.

It seems that the "tongue_broke_bent" event gets spammed with how stuff is being patched within CTongue::OnUpdateAttachedToTargetState whenever a Smoker "leaves the ground".

This happens when the model in use was altered or modified manually (i.e hex-edited) instead of recompiling it to use a new animation or become a standalone survivor like Lux's Ada Wong, etc etc.

I can't seem to find the signature for this. The closest thing I can find is CTerrorPlayer::Spawn(void) and I know CTerrorPlayer::IsClassOverLimit(int) is one of the functions within it.
