Anyway, these way worked.
Not chrashes when spawning vehicles or ust starting.

Well, i do beleve, i found.
2 hours of seraching in facepunch foruma gave me some info:
Valve's vphysics.so are broken, so i can olny hope, beacuse can't try now.
Redownloading server.

Hm, it seems problem: Same as kubaku4's, but got crash (with segm fault) when spawning any vehicle (jeep, aitboat, seat). But this sing happens only when reconnect to server.

What may cause these...

Well, it seems one problem after new update (Manncoss's 1 year).
Always, when any admin starts melee server crashes.
From rcon, from cconsole it gives only crash.
