If I remember correctly, then you as the root admin create each person's account in the web interface. You enter the person's steamId and email.

Do not enter a password for protect, as it is not...

Seems like you have more issues that just these.

Start small, is your SM working as expected in general? (admins, commands, etc.) Excluding sourcebans.

Other plugins, etc.

I think Lethal got it. realchamp it seems that when you created the accounts you also entered in the authorizing password. Explained here in the passwords section:...

1. I believe in databases.cfg, you need to have the host IP in there, not a domain name. You'll find that...

@LBC562 -- If you don't have MySql, then Sbans will not work. It is required. So it fails to connect to a MySql since as you say, you do not have one. :shock:
