Server doesnt start

My server suddenly crashed and doesn't start anymore It was working fine, I didn't touch anything. My other servers are running fine except this one.

I have a casual server and the game doesnt end after a team has 16 wins it is on mp_maxrounds 30 aswell but doesnt end at 16 wins.
