yer 1.4.0-hg3254 for windows (http://www.sourcemod.net/smdrop/1.4/sourcemod-1.4.0-hg3254-windows.zip) is working with all my mods now no issue with any of my mods/scripts.

ok MMS 1.9.0 snapshot working and snapshot of 1.4.0 3250 is working on my server now.
