[CSGO] CSGO Match Findins saying i got 10 slots

I got CSGO SErver with 20 SLOTS but with 10 bots (until real people joins) but the problem is in CSGO Match findins it saysin i got 10 SLOTS ONLY and it saysin i got 0/10 ..

Hey thanks for answer me.
i am using gamemode_competitive.cfg
i Fix the difficulty and bot quota but now the problem is , the bots are only from SPAWN and the bots are afk ... the diffiicilty is...
