You have to launch your game with -insecure parameter. That's how I fixed it. You can't connect to VAC secure servers with it, though.

[TF2][Req] Invisibility plugin

I searched with the plugin finder, but could not find this one.
So, I need a plugin that allows you to go invisible, no matter what class. The syntax could be something like this:

sm_invis <user>...

Your mod works fine with old weapons, but the new ones from the winter update make my server crash. Could you fix this?
