2 means players can use some of the commands

I would suggest a 50px block at the bottom of the page so .navbar .navbar-inverse .navbar-fixed-bottom will not cover any content when scrolled all the way down.

I think the issue is replay_fileserver_offload_remotepath needs to be the full path to the folder and replay_local_fileserver_path needs to be the replay folder on the machine that the game server is...

You have to be joking because any server owner wouldn't want to drive players away. Thus giving the players the option of have it on or off is the logical choice.

This is correct, if you could have the server spoof 'finished off' on said players then it may remove it. I have no idea how to do, but it sounds like it would work.

I have noticed this with my testing server as well. Best choice would to be either have it hosted professionally or purchase another IP and have the server run off another modem/router.

Sorry for the last post but are you setting +ip to your global IP or to your internal IP? It has to be your internal IP of the machine.

They see an objective and they go for it. I have seen a scout carrying a briefcase trying to push a cart then cap a control point, it can get pretty weird with bots.
