well what do you know error is gone! however the bots now get kicked as soon as they are generated and the menu doesn't open, I think maybe I haven't sufficient expertise to figure this sorry andi...

sadly I just get "bad pstudiohdr in getsequencelinearmotion()!" maybe it's because I've no idea where to put "mp_teamplay 1" going to try in server.cfg

Thanks andi, it looks as though they don't skin randomly!! they copy the admin skin and change as the admin changes, maybe it's the way I've set it up for hl2 deathmatch EG no team stuff just public...

Got an unofficial fix for my hrc bots and yesterday they started randomly skinning which I don't mind as at least they are skinning! thought you'd like to know andi I just have hrcbot_forceteam "1"...

Ok using version 2.5 gives a crash error of "Bad pstudiohdr in GetSequenceLinearMotion()!"

I have 3 model servers setup in exactly the same way all on windows, just different models they all use...
