[L4D1] Friendly Fire Report + Accuracy

Hey guys, looking for a friendlyh fire report as I've seen this on L4D2 survival servers but can't seem to find the plugin at all for 2 or 1 (need it for 1).

Also there is a plugin that I saw that you type !gas (for red fuel cans) or !propane for the white gas explosion cans, and it casts a vote in survival to say "who shot the gas" and people vote...

Do you know where the !nb (no bots) command is, you just type !nb and it kills all the bots in the game. (Whether theres 3, 2 or 1)

How to fix rtv and nominate for added maps?

When you use rtv, nominate and the next map vote thats taken straight from SourceMod, it doesn't include the new maps I have inputted into the server, how do I fix this?

(For tf2 specifically)

I see creators.tf has this add-on, but I cant find it anywhere? u type vscramble or valltalk in chatand if it gets a specific amount of votes it scrambles team at end of round or turns on all talk.
