Another thing:
When I'm spectator on somebody with rank, I see the rank to. Same with statsme ( Hud attackers and victims )

In your screenshot, you are the only one on that server, this results large icons (steam avatar).
If we have 32 players on a server, icons will be small and...

Explanation for ACE and SEMI-ACE added in first post:
In a clan war (5 vs 5), when a player kills all enemies, he did "ACE". When he kills only 4 enemies, he did "SEMI-ACE"
