After some further testing, I noticed that the HTTPRequestComplete callback isn't always sent. I can't pinpoint the problem as it seems to fail randomly. Sometimes it will download 5 files, then on...

If I understand correctly, using SM's IHandleSys could solve both of these problems. You would have to wrap ISteamHTTP features into SM handles.

Is it possible to get the tag or short-name of a steam group? For example: Input SourceMod (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Sourcemod)'s steamgroup, return "SM".

For now I'm only using Steam_RequestGroupStatus and it's callback, so I'm hoping that works fine regardless of the mod.
