When its sent to a specific player use id instead of lang player. When its sent to every one you use lang player. But that shouldnt be the problem if its not showing the languages correctly make...

When the chat is sent to a specific player lang_server or lang_player shouldnt be used it should be id.

As for the two dementional array. The first is players index second is the password....

I think saving by steamid + name would be nice...

check if Name = Name from DB and then compare the steamid.. (would be unique)
