So the problem is about missile plugin. Disable it, try another or ask on the missile plugin thread for a fix.

For what game exactly? it have log errors? you have it enabled on !settings command? Also this show the deathbeam to the victim, you want show it for attacker instead?

I dont think so. You will need other models for csgo, just search routes on the .vpk files.
