How do you know it's because of an update and not because of some misconfiguration on your server?

I can confirm that the latest update fixes the outstanding issues.
Saxtonhale mode works find when correctly set up.

You need to update your TF2Items extension (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=115100) install.

Current version is 1.4.3

'meta list' to show the version that you have installed.
