Here is a test map I made. Those maps I mentioned, come with basic half-life. I just assumed you understood that.

It happens on any map that has doors, plats, elevators, moving buttons. It happens on the vanilla maps like crossfire, stalkyard ,etc.

I've tried to use trigger_push in my maps to prevent this from happening but it isn't a suitable band aid

They are also using tripmines to keep doors from opening. If there was a way to block tripmines and satchels from being placed near a func_door, that would be awesome. I can't find any way to fix...
