Fall Damage in CS:GO

Hey folks,
I'm hosting a MG server and I want to disable fall damage but world damage should be activ.

Also tried this already, my game mode config is "gamemode_costum" and i have these 3 commands in there as well, but it still won't work.

Its says bot_quota 0 - but after a player changes team it sets itself to 1 and a bot joins and this is making my server chrashing.

I found it in my CS:GO folder (steamapps/common/CSGO/csgo) but where do i have to put it on my ftp server? Is it the same? Like servername/csgo and just put it there?
