Longjump doesn' t work since steam update May 2009. Any solution for this?

Hello everyone!

Recently some bad guys if flooding my cs 1.6 server. When they flood my server the latency goes up to 1000 and my internet stopes.
OS: WIN XP S2

How can i protect my server?
