Thanks for all the help, changed GSP and went with Windows OS. Worked on first install and first attempt. Works perfectly. Thanks again. I'll delete my other posts and be more careful, next time. ;)

With only Meta mod, Sourcemod, and L4DToolz installed, and the OP's "new gamedata" and server.cfg cvars, i cant get it passed 8 slots. Status says 8 slots, HLSW says 8, but i have enough slots from...

Ok, apparently L4DToolz isnt working properly for me and my Linux server. I turned sv_visiblemaxplayers -1 and it showed my server had a max of 8 slots in Status and HLSW. So that shows to me that...
