I also cannot join my server if there is 8/8 players and I set sv_maxplayers to 9

In HLSW it shows 8/9. when I try to connect via the connect command in the console, it tells me I cannot join... ...

Forgot to say it was a windows server...

I found that this issue is only caused when I have unreserved lobby cvar set to 1 in the server.cfg

When I have this mod enabled on my server, weapons will dissapear!

I think its only when unreserve or moreve human limit is enabled. I am trying to find out which.

Has anyone had this issue? ...
