Type !knife and select a knife and use !ws after that
you can’t use skins on your own knife

Can you please type sm plugins list in server console and paste it here , also ptah is an extention not plugin and make sure to edit core.cfg .
I am assuming you are running a vanilla server without...

Had same issue if u still using sm 1.9 then try to use ptah 1.1.0

Best solution update 1.10 sourcemod and meta mod and use weapons 1.4.2 and ptah 1.1.1

Its not a bug..you failed to upload sourcemod and meta mod properly... Download again the latest version of the sm and mm and upload on game server
