my bad, i have "-autoupdate" in command line. in left4dead2/steam.inf "PatchVersion=2.1.0.2". maybe l4dtoolz.txt is not compatible?

edit: problem solved.

guys, i have l4d2 server on windows (version 2.1.0.0) and i have "l4dtoolz(L4D2)-1.0.0.10RC3.zip"
i have l4dtoolz gamedata from this post...
