OVH has pretty good ddos protection even without game firewall.
Also why do you look their VPS plan? They have full dedicated server from 52$/month.

Offcourse if you buy dedicated gaming server...

Yup. You need unique ip for every server if you want use the domain.
The best way is to contact your hosting where you gameserver is running.

Use with port s2.gr8.gg:27017 or get a second IP and use 27015 port then you can use s2.gr8.gg.

Check source code. If you found any steam id or any stuff which gives rcon access delete it. If you does have source code then delete the plugin from the server.

You need an A record to the server IP. If you hosting does have some control panel where u can edit the records you can use Cloudflare as DNS. (Just turn off the proxy on you server domain.)
