Problem with running CSSDM: CSSDM.equip not loaded?

I am having an issue with CSSDM that I seem to be unable to resolve... I have installed everything in accordance with the installation guide and am trying to run a Listen CSSDM server on a Windows XP...

I have a similar problem -- to clarify the issue, it's actually the "cssdm.equip" file refusing to load. After looking through what CSS loads with Filemon I saw that the cssdm.equip.txt file is not...
