No, if your HTTP client is defined globally, there's no reason to delete it. You can just reuse it for future requests.

According to the first DuckDuckGo result, m_iMatchStats_EnemiesFlashed_Total is part of the cs_player_manager entity, not the client.

It does not auto create advertisements.txt, where did you read that? advertisements.txt is included in the download, so just put it in the configs folder.

You deleted the { and } brackets at the bottom of the file. Put them back, copy and paste the example inside the { } brackets and change the name, identity and flags.

This system with files is going to be a mess, you should use Client Preferences (https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Client_Preferences_API_(SourceMod)) to store client information across connections.
