well, nothing is working apparently, first download doesnt work correctly it adds * before the path of custom sound file eg: cstrike/sound/*saysounds/noobs.mp3

But that isn't all, i put the sound...

Yes exactly, when name of specific sound "welcome" for example without quotes is written, custom sound welcome.mp3 gets played to all except those who turned the plugin off.

Nice, unfortunately it looks like it doesn't work for me, it only recognizes sm_hud_health_team in my srcds and doesn't say anything about other cvars even though i put them together in sourcemod.cfg...
