The client command like !call I was thinking about. So instead of players on the server must remember all commands, they can use 1 that connects them all, like !settings.

Can someone please help me sort this out?

I have followed your instructions to configure this plugin and the only real requirement is CallAdmin, and in that instruction it doesn't say anything...

Well, I see now that I get some errors...

Errors:
discord_sourcecomms.smx (Discord: SourceComms): Library not found: discord
calladmin.smx (CallAdmin): Required extension "Client Preferences"...
