Many people have issued that L4d2 is so laggy. And Valve has make some patches to reduce the lag. So you may try the latest patch vesion(ie. 4052), it in fact reduces lag very well.

In my server, there should be a bot in game when one play connects. If not ,the server maybe will crash with memory access error.
i modify a plugin...

It also crashes often even i use this l4dtoolz and your snapshot of l4dtoolz, of course i have removed any other 3rd sourcemod plugin.
Anyone else has the same problem?
My server runs on win xp...

memory access error is go on, maybe maxplayers should also limted to 18.
when i type maxplayers in console, maxplayers value is still 32.
