Why wouldnt you use an afk manager to move afk players on round 1? If I'm understanding your request correctly, what you are asking for sounds like it should be a separate plugin, and likely already...

Did you change the CVars? They all default to "0" (no change). Look in the cfg file that auto-generates in cfg/sourcemod/togknifedmg.cfg.

Consider using EntIndexToEntRef for storing the entities, then EntRefToEntIndex to switch back. I'm not sure if this applies to bombsite ents, but ents can change from round to round,...

Took some time and coded this for you for free. It combines the two requests. Add's a bunch of other options as well. The only part that I didnt do was the "not slow you down" part.

Just a note, milliseconds has one more decimal (0.001). That said, you would have a much simpler request if you only needed 0.1 seconds accuracy, as the sourcemod timers cant do less than 0.1...
