L4D2 Tank Rush Crash

So I've been trying to figure out what exactly is crashing my server and the only error logs I get are for Tank Rush... I've already tried correcting a few issues but I've found two more errors...

It would seem that the ammo packs fix is not working on linux servers (latest sm/mm builds). It freezes the game every time one is deployed.

So here's my current project - I'm trying to use a linux side MySQL database for Sourcemod (Keep track of stats / admin) I own both Windows and Linux servers (I know - why make it so hard?!) ANYWAYS...
