Did you try same query with MySql? How i remember some functions are not possible to query with sqlite, like Auto_increment, so maybe thats the issue

If its an 'flat' map with few obstacles it can be made...but if any house or bigger height differencec is present, plus more players to track..cant say its impossible but veryyyy hard to code

you will need to detect if any higher object is upfront of him, check if he can jump on it and ect...not easy job to do

Are you sure their external cmds are possible to hook in .sma? They have option to print their value of fps_max as 99.5 but they are obviously using more fps ingame

Calculate his fps in your .sma. Rarely it can be 'buggy' and will give wrong value so adding 5-10 warnings will be ok, like others already made, search

@Natshesh thats interesting because can go beyond cl_*speed 400. Only disadventage is its called in prethink but current servers can handle it xd

I would suggest as Bugsy said first, rename column 'name' to smth else like 'nickname', and ofc put ';' at the end of every query to avoid any possible error/problem
