An error log can't be a cause of a server crash and it's not good to ignore it. Better sort out the problematic plug-ins that spam the errors instead.

It should work with ragdolls too as long as they're "attached" to the death models. If that's not the case, then no.

You must have the old version still installed.

Silly me, I changed the address name in the game data file by mistake. Let the plugin manually create one for now since I'm on my phone.

You can disable the mourn fix from that plugin and/or remove any other ones that attempt to "fix" it.

Also, clones should be able to mourn each other by having a modified talker that allows them...
