found the problem, somehow when I was installing my new server I added the material files into the model folder instead of the model files.

Thanks again for this great plugin, its the best one out...

doesnt consistancy just force the client to use the same files as the server? will this not block people from using custom skins of their own?

I have added the necessary folder to the whitelist.cfg but have been at work and haven't been able to test it, I will post if it worked.

well its odd, it just doesnt switch the skin it leaves it as the default skin, could this be because the new css uses a different id for the teams? I remember reading something like that.
