Found 0 bugs on last update, if it is not working for some people than it has to do with your server settings or outdated sourcemod.

EDIT : How can i remove flashes and smokes ? With a 20 people...

Hmm what if I try it like this :

Static map cycle

1vs1 map -> remove 1v1 plugin on start
mg map -> load custom cfg
de map -> load custom cfg + 1v1 plugin on start

A bit out of the box but...
