Mute players that are talking

I was thinking of a plugin that will mute any player currently voice chatting on the server. It's an easier way to shut down mic spammers without typing their name or picking them out from a menu.

[sourcebans.smx] Verify Ban Query Failed: Table 'RyanL1_8065.sm_bans' doesn't exist

Not sure what this is about. I know I don't have a table but I don't know where to find the SQL to create one....
